The Society of St. Pius X is an international priestly society of common life without vows, whose purpose is to train, support, and encourage holy priests so that they may effectively spread the Catholic faith throughout the world.
The SSPX was founded in 1970 by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre in the diocese of Fribourg, Switzerland, adhering to all canonical norms, receiving the blessing and encouragement of the local bishop.
The spirit of the SSPX is essentially apostolic; it was designed by its founder to operate much like a missionary order, spreading the faith far and wide. This apostolate is today especially necessary considering the spread of atheism, agnosticism, and religious indifference.
The SSPX, to this end, seeks to draw souls closer to Christ primarily through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, as well as through its preaching, its schools, its seminaries, and its other houses of religious formation.

I Will Be With You Until the End - SSPX Sermons
Living in the world can be difficult and complicated. It may even seem at times that God is not present. And so we must be ever mindful of Our Lord's promise to us before His Ascension: "Behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world."

Is it wrong to be an organ donor? - Questions with Father #49 - Fr. Palko
Переглядів 2,1 тис.9 годин тому
On this week’s episode of the SSPX Podcast, we will be answering a fairly common listener question - and one we tackled very briefly in one of our earliest episodes years ago - What should Catholics think about organ donation? Fr. Ian Palko is back to discuss this topic which, like many others we’ve talked about recently, doesn’t have an easy, clear-cut answer. It seems, on the surface, like a ...

Why do Catholics profess Mary's Perpetual Virginity? - Questions with Father #48 - Fr. Pezzutti
Переглядів 1,4 тис.День тому
On this week’s episode of the SSPX Podcast, we welcome again Fr. Shane Pezzutti to discuss what the Church professes concerning the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is a point of Catholic dogma that Our Lady’s virginity was perpetual, yet some Christians question this position based not only on conjecture, but ostensibly on the Bible. In this episode, we examine the question and explain, on the basis of...

If we want to experience Our Lord's mercy in the Blessed Sacrament, then we must receive it in the spirit of faith. One way we can exhibit that spirit is to ask ourselves first, what more can we do for God? And then, to live our lives in conformity with His will so that we may receive the graces that come with Holy Communion. Subscribe to our Sermon page: sspxpodcast.com/sermons/ Stay Connected...

Credidimus caritati, "we have believed in love," is known by many as the episcopal motto of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, founder of the Society of Saint Pius X. For many, believing in God's love is a constant struggle, particularly in the face of adversity and when we come to know our own sinfulness. Yet God's love remains with us throughout. "Jesus is charity." He abides in us when in a state of Sanctifying Grace. Thank you Father.
🙏
There is big money in organ donation another reason to be skeptical of the doctor's and nurses approaching family members so aggressively to procure organs. I told my husband if I should be considered "brain dead" to say that only if he gets all of the proceeds would he agree! 😅😂🤣 I will not be an organ donor!!
My Patron Saint. I smile at her determination with Jesus. Pages 104 - 108 of her life story, by Fr. Germanus 🙏
I have been praying these 3 Hails Marys twice daily since my adolescence. And the Mother of God has certainly helped me! I met Fr. Alphonsus several times and always liked him. Very pious and kind-hearted. God love you, Father.
Boy, I needed to hear this today. Thank you Father. 🙏🙏🙏 I've got to remember this in the Sorrowful Mysteries today.
Very informative discussion carried on in a pleasant manner. Thank you for all you work in making it happen.
As a critical care nurse and OR nurse and assigned to donor/organ procurement cases….I’m concerned about truly knowing someone is truly brain dead. I’ve cared for 2 people who were expected to die once the ventilator tube was removed and they eventually walked out of the hospital. Same test performed to determine brain death for organ donors. So I don’t know🤷♀️
I have always been a donor. But now I worry about someone giving my uterus to a transgender. After death, you can't say,not that one.
The person has to be living to harvest the organ, therefore, giving permission for a health organization to gut you while living …. NO! Kidney and liver maybe, but the government doesn’t have our best interests or the churches at heart! They pressure 16, 17, 18 year olds who get their license to put “organ donator”on there. Lots of state have passed laws saying that health organizations have the right to take your organs no matter if it’s in your license or not. Also, I’ve heard about a correlation between all the homeless people/immigrants and organ harvesting. It took me a long time and lots of hoops to jump through to get “organ donor” OFF my license… that speaks volumes!!! Thank you, Father!!!
Excellent, thank you both so much!🕊️
it does seem modern world, is dangerous in the donor list, with its harvesting organs and with those that seem like they are dying or death as Fr. hinted. It seems the medical field can abuse this and well claim people are dead but then actually not really only for the sense of organ donating, this is my caution with my mother having the pink sticker on her DL. As we see China really pushes organ harvesting. I do see that there is certain situations that seems ok. But, seems to speed up lower health in the donor. Also, more so now in these times, blood contamination I have heard people getting sick.
Dr. John Shea, (RIP) Catholic pro-life advocate, asserted tht the term 'brain dead' was coined by doctors who wanted to exploit the organ donation market. He said that unless the heart stops beating, the patient is not dead. And if the heart stops then the major organs cese to be viable for donation.
Why would any truly traditional Catholic Christian female have any objection to wearing a small head covering??? To include males--why would a traditional Catholic Christian man object to wearing a navy blazer or suit or tie to the Mass???
The degrees of sinfulness and intent are important. Thank you Fr. Palko
Unfortuneately Organ harvesting completely changed my mind about donating organs. Corruption through research discovering the shocking abuse in China back in 2000 was horrifying.
Glad that Father quotes JP2's "Gospel of Life." This is one of his worthwhile letters.
As this show progressed I do have a question with the growing organs And using pig parts that's also a dangerous line because That's not something made by God to be indwelling in humans I don't think that's gonna turn out to be very good..
Most churches already have one, but if they didn’t, donating an organ would be a very generous gift. 🎶😉
Thank you Fr Palko.
This is very fascinating to learn. Thank you to both of you for this video.
Thank you
Post jab even more concerned...blood transfusions as well... people report craving foods they never did before..finding out the Donor..craved that food..🤔
Amazing to wake up to Father this morning! A great way to start the day🙏🏼💕
If you are going to try to coerce someone to correct thier behavior you better be certain it's their behavior that is the problem ... .... You best be certain the "brother you are keeping" isn't lying his face off
I had to stop taking responsibility for other peoples' emotions. I remember the mindfulness book called 30 Days to Overcome Loneliness by Harper Daniels helping a lot.
God bless the SSPX
This is a hard teaching. Who can accept it? God bless you Fr.
Thanks!
I am a traditional catholic but don’t wear a veil to Mass. Is this a sin and is it a liturgical law? Thank you
He said nothing about our true nature.
Amazing sermon!
If we avoid the Spiritual life then we deny the Mystical Life in the Church. We gardualy desolve like mortar betreen the stones, then a treamor erupts and the Church just plain falls apart. The Church is a substance that feeds on the Mystical Existance of Jesus especially in the Blessed Sacrament, the true Man in another Form. We have also lost the Philosophys of the Ancients that gave the answer in what can not be seen or touched but is truly real... but How? That is where Philosophy answers and wisdom arrives. The Mordernist existed all the way back to Ancient times when they were Moderdernist then... funny though, they said the same exact questions of attack and the answers against them were always the same, We always Won. Amen. Thank You
thank you for this topic
Sod things are beyond human understanding. i focus on living my best life in the faith.
How Beautiful! Many thanks❤
Praying for the Restoration of Traditional Latin Mass

God does not delight in the death of a sinner! Amen!
We are witnessing an ideology designed to organize and reward men for conquest. Period. Free speech and the internet is only now exposing in a meaningful way the inconsistencies of the Quran and the history of Islam. Because the deception of the ideology is failing so dramatically we now face a very new and dangerous phase. Once the radical leaders can no longer use deception they will move to blatant force. This phase has already begun in many areas. Please explore what is happening at Speakers Corner in London. Bob and other Christian apologists are successfully deconstructing the ideology in debates in real time. It’s absolutely fascinating to watch.
Jesus mother Mary was also a widow and lost her only son and Jesus was also brought to life.... Praise be to God
Very good sermon! Thank you so much
Thank you Father!
