The Society of St. Pius X is an international priestly society of common life without vows, whose purpose is to train, support, and encourage holy priests so that they may effectively spread the Catholic faith throughout the world.
The SSPX was founded in 1970 by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre in the diocese of Fribourg, Switzerland, adhering to all canonical norms, receiving the blessing and encouragement of the local bishop.
The spirit of the SSPX is essentially apostolic; it was designed by its founder to operate much like a missionary order, spreading the faith far and wide. This apostolate is today especially necessary considering the spread of atheism, agnosticism, and religious indifference.
The SSPX, to this end, seeks to draw souls closer to Christ primarily through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, as well as through its preaching, its schools, its seminaries, and its other houses of religious formation.

Why do Catholics profess Mary's Perpetual Virginity? - Questions with Father #48 - Fr. Pezzutti
On this week’s episode of the SSPX Podcast, we welcome again Fr. Shane Pezzutti to discuss what the Church professes concerning the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is a point of Catholic dogma that Our Lady’s virginity was perpetual, yet some Christians question this position based not only on conjecture, but ostensibly on the Bible. In this episode, we examine the question and explain, on the basis of Scripture and Tradition, why the Church states infallibly that Mary remained a virgin for her entire life.

Lest They Faint On the Way - SSPX Sermons
Переглядів 1,5 тис.7 годин тому
If we want to experience Our Lord's mercy in the Blessed Sacrament, then we must receive it in the spirit of faith. One way we can exhibit that spirit is to ask ourselves first, what more can we do for God? And then, to live our lives in conformity with His will so that we may receive the graces that come with Holy Communion. Subscribe to our Sermon page: sspxpodcast.com/sermons/ Stay Connected...

Out of God's love for us, we have heard Him speak; he has walked among us. Through this love, He has forgiven our sins and called us to be His children. As His children, we must love one another, for as St. John tells us "charity is born of God" and "he that does not love does not know God, for God is charity." We Are Never Alone - SSPX Sermons

When God revealed Himself and His Law to Moses on St. Sinai, Moses besought God to let him see Our Lord. And though Moses was only given a glimpse of God's glory and majesty, his face was made radiant for the rest of his life. Through Christ Our Lord, we, too, are offered the possibility of eternal radiance through His salvific death. Subscribe to our Sermon page: sspxpodcast.com/sermons/ Stay ...

Credidimus Caritati - SSPX Sermons

Credidimus caritati, "we have believed in love," is known by many as the episcopal motto of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, founder of the Society of Saint Pius X. For many, believing in God's love is a constant struggle, particularly in the face of adversity and when we come to know our own sinfulness. Yet God's love remains with us throughout. Why do We Call MaryThe Immaculate Conception? - Questions with Father #46 - Fr. Pezzutti
Переглядів 2,1 тис.21 день тому
This week on the SSPX Podcast, we’re happy to welcome back Fr. Shane Pezzutti who will guide us through some recent listener questions regarding the Blessed Virgin Mary. Today we’ll look at the concept of her Immaculate Conception. Namely, how could it be that Mary was sinless? Do we have proof? Wasn’t Jesus the only one without sin and that this is precisely the reason God sent him to save us?...
Lapsed Children: Who's to Blame? - SSPX Sermons
Переглядів 7 тис.21 день тому
It is a sad reality in the Church that many raised Catholic fall away, especially as they enter adulthood. Although traditional Catholic parents are aware that they must immerse their children in the Faith, too often these same parents are tempted to make compromises with the world, thus exposing their children to adverse influences that have a detrimental impact on their commitment to Catholic...

Didn't the Church Say...? Young Earth Creationism Pt. 2 - Questions with Father #43 - Fr. Robinson
"I have compassion on the crowd." Our Lord Jesus Christ. Save us. Attend the Latin Mass.
Thank you for the beautiful explanation Father!
33:39 Virginity is by sexual intercourse - not giving birth. I do not understand how that’s not understood.
First; I don't believe this is a "Hill To Die On". For me personally, it doesn't matter whether or not Mary stayed a Virgin her entire life. Mary and Joseph were married. After the birth of Christ, wouldn't Mary and Joseph have been doing God's Will to: "Be fruitful and multiply..."?
Father, the subjects that you touched upon, especially the perpetual virginity of Mary and the true meaning of the "Virgin birth" and your excellent treatment of the subject of the original sin, are much, much needed by Catholics and Protestants alike. We were especially appreciative of your putting all these together as the "seamless garment" which is our Christ and Savior. All of the pieces of the puzzle are very simply and beautifully put together and show that Catholics are not scripturally ignorant and that we, as Catholics, should be reading the Bible especially as regards the basic tenets of our Faith. It will be much easier and much simpler now to get use out of my Douay-Rheims Bible and its Table of References in pursuing and then teaching our beloved Catholic Faith. Perhaps this presentation and your previous one about Our Lady would be something that Angelus Press could publish and make available to Catholics who want to get into the apologetics on these subjects. I know that we would much appreciate having them amongst our study materials so that we can teach others. Thank you very much, Father and Andrew, for this presentation.
They that explain me shall have life everlasting. What about God's commandment to multiply and be fruitful?
I always pray that I become a successful Catholic Social Media Influencer to spread the teachings and Revelations of the Catholic Church and the entire Christendom. I hope and pray the Devotion to the Eucharist and the Holy Souls in Purgatory helps me. In your charity, lets all pray 7 Hail Mary for the propagation of all Catholic Teachings and for the success of all Catholic Social Media Influencer that all may be guided by the Holy Trinity, Holy Family, all Great Saints, and Angels
Veiling is in First Corinthians
Thank you, Father, and Deo gratias.
Wonderful Father!
Thanks!
Thank you Father. God bless you.
Thank you
Mercy and justice both extend from love. God's will be done!
United in the misery of our hearts
Good parenting and lead by (Catholic) example is the key to raise our children and ensuring a Catholic future. My heart breaks when I look at my older siblings who have departed from the Faith and I am having to constantly remind them of their Catholic roots.
Wonderful tha k you!❤
The statement Christ died on the cross "to satisfy God's justice" doesnt look right to me because GOD IS JUSTICE and He doesn't need anything. He is not missing anything. Justice is also something that is given away for the benefit of others, not to get something out of it. That statement will also lead people to belive that we are all saved, which is false.
Is the book Father references toward the end of his Sermon "To Quell the Terror", the one by William Bush. And if so is there a recommended edition? Thank you.
Beautiful explanation!
Thank you for this talk. God bless you. We need good teaching
Very significant discussion for lifting of Bishop's excommunication. Correcting the Novus Ordo words of Consecration (for "all" to "many") is from the work of SSPX. Attend the Latin Mass.
Can we please start posting to rumble? I really hate having to support youtube to watch sermons
Explain why rumble is better
We all sin the difference is whether we act like Judas or St Peter. Amen 🙏
Well said!
A friend reminded me that Charity is rooted in Truth. Good sermon
Love of God? You'll never get that at an SSPX priory or chapel. They make up rules such as skirts only or lace veils then get on their high horse and look down their noses at any newcomers. The priests know about it and do nothing. I wonder how many people they've driven away from the Latin Mass or driven away from the Catholic Church
Exactly the message I need to hear at this moment. Deo gratias.
Jorge Bergoglio a/k/a Pope Francis.
I cannot write on a phone anymore. Comes out like crap lol sorry. Maybe, on top of strong catechesis. Teach ethics in a way that would make sense even without an act of faith. For me when I reach this point, the active faith was automatic anyway.
Quite possibly the best homily I have ever heard
Excellent sermon God bless you Father
Epic sermon. There are so many people today who do not know God and do not know charity. I pray we can fulfill our Catholic duty to help others know God and know charity.
How can I love someone who rejects God altogether and sins daily without regrets ?
Thank you very much for this podcast. I learned a lot! Ave Maria Purissima!
"Charity has walked the earth and forgiven us." Lord Jesus Christ, save us. Attend the Latin Mass.
Thank you for this. God bless and have a great week.
What a shame! I've attended an SSPX chapel for years. It's a shame to see that modernism has invaded the Society.
I thought I had a vocation to the priesthood, and I tried talking to an SSPX priest about it, but I think I'm too old now, so I'm just trying to live a faithful life.
Truthful, profound, clear and accessible teaching. Thank you.
Surely the word says that because of sin, death was passed on, not sin, and because of death we sin, but then it says 'how can we are dead to sin, continue to live in it?'
I would've loved to hear his thoughts on `Medugorje?
Yall need to add a disclaimer not to be eating steak while watching this. Just about choked after that dad joke 😂.
O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to Thee...!
This was such a beautiful sermon! I cried in my kitchen listening to it. I got my husband to listen to it and now we're enthroning the Sacred Heart of Jesus in our home today! Our family tends towards harshness and being a bit too 'Type A' and productive. I really believe this devotion will help us all remember God's love for us. It's the first time I've ever understood why the images of the Sacred Heart of Jesus are everywhere. Thank you so much Father for this wonderful sermon. You shared your heart with us too in this sermon, and it really comes through.
These sermons are so incredible and such a gift! I'm so glad the SSPX podcast people are making these sermons available. They are such gold! I listen to them in my kitchen with my baby while I'm cooking and it helps me so much to contemplate spiritual things in the midst of busy family life. Every single sermon has just been amazing and could be contemplated for like a lifetime. I don't know what it's like at these SSPX seminaries, but clearly they form incredible priests! Thanks Podcast people!
Im a traditional catholic who got confirmation from bishop fellay! Faithful from India long live bishop fellay❤️❤️❤️

Just do what you can. "Success" is of you touch even one soul. Make a difference to one... sometimes that one, might be just you.
God bless you!
The new film "Jesus Thirsts" contains Communion in the hand, the Priest facing the people during the Consecration and Medjugorje. Please be cautious of "Catholic" films which try to put everything under one umbrella. This is sometimes seen as a way to evangelize, but in practice only gives the impression that all things under the umbrella are equal...for instance, approved and unapproved appritions, higher forms of worship and lesser, practices born out of disobiedence and practices which have organically grown over time - and have stood the test of time. Please don't just ride the wave of what is most popular at the time...what film "everyone" is going to see. Dare to critically think.
🙏🙏🙏🌟
Beautiful sermon. Thank you.
